$ 1100. Commercial real estate transactions start at $ 1,500.00. Fees may vary depending upon the nature and circumstances of your particular transaction.

Landlord/Tenant Proceedings (evictions) start at $ 1100.00 plus costs. Lease preparation at $ 400.00. We prosecute (landlord) and defend (tenant) evictions.

Wills start at $ 400.00, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and Health Care Proxies are $150.00. Estate Administration (probate) fees depend upon the size of the estate and the nature and circumstances of the particular estate, and can be handled for a flat fee or a percentage of the value of the estate, plus costs and filing fees.

Secured Business Transaction fees depend upon the nature and circumstances of the transaction and the documents required to complete the transaction.

Uncontested Matrimonials (Divorce) can be completed for a flat fee of $ 2,500.00 plus court costs, Family and Criminal Court matters are on a case by case basis.

Personal Injury and Commercial Litigation can be billed hourly or on a contingency.
